Returns and withdrawals
For any returns and/or withdrawals, you must contact our services as soon as possible. All situations will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, and our services may or may not accept it and/or require payment of expenses that have already been incurred following the order (such as shipping costs).
Guarantees
Unless otherwise stated, all of our products have a 2 year warranty. Guarantees are given directly by the respective brands, however the entire process of returning and activating the guarantee will have to be carried out directly by our services. Please, for any warranty questions, contact our services email: geral@megasub.pt In general, the warranty terms cover any manufacturing defects and/or other defects directly attributable to the manufacturer, not covering improper use of equipment, wear and tear natural or other situations attributable to the user
Guarantees will always be activated directly in our physical store in Oeiras, shipping costs to and from the end customer are NEVER covered by the guarantee and will always have to be borne by the customer!
